Description | Sir Robert Leycester of Nether Tabley appointed that Merriell his daughter, should receive an annual rent of £15 a year, until she was 17, if he died before that date, & after she reached the age of 17, she should receive an annual rent of £60 a year. If she married her marriage portion was to be £1,200. Peter Leycester was to have £40 a year in rents after Sir Robert’s death, and also another annual rent of £30.
