Title	Bond of obligation: Richard Sutton acknowledged himself bound to Thomas Licester of Tabley in £100, due at the feast of St Laurence the martyr.

Description	Regnal year - 20 Henry VII. The conditions. If Richard kept the award of George Bromley, justice at Chester, William Tatton, baron of the Exchequer, & Adam Brykenhed in all disputes between them, the said obligation was null and void. Signed Rc’’Sutton. Tongue bearing a seal in red wax. Strip to tie around the deed. Entry in Book of Evidences III.F.3.
