Description	Regnal year - 20 Henry VII. The conditions. If they kept the terms of the award of Thomas Ingelsold knight, justice of Chester & George Bromley Lieutenant there, in all disputes and the title to a quarter of the manor of Helde, the obligation was null and void. Signed Ric’ Sutton. Seal on a tongue, in red wax. Entry in Book of Evidence III.F.3.
