Description	The conditions. If they kept the award of Thomas Ingelfeld knight, justice of Chester and George Bromley lieutenant, as to the right title to a quarter of the manor of Helde, the obligation was null and void. Signed Thomas Leycester’. Tongue, hearing two seals in red wax. Entry in Book of Evidences III.F.3.
