If Peter, within 40 days after the death of John Leicester, delivered to Steven a messuage & appurtenances in Nether Peu’ lately held by Margery Holford, o hold for term of Peter’s life, the obligation was null and void. By me Peter Leycester. Fragment of seal in red wax, on a tongue. Entry in Book of Evidences III.F.4b.
