If Francis made no claim to a messuage in Netherpeu’ Mere [Nether Peover, Mere], lately held by Margerie Holford, now held by Peter aicet’ the obligation was null and boid. Two tongues, one still bearing a seal in red wax. Entry in Book of Evidences III.F.4b.
