The waste in Ou’ Tabley & Sudlowe called Northe Croft alias Hynghe Feld & Sudlowe Feld was divided, two thirds being awarded to Thomas. Danyell & one third to Peter Lecestre. All the ground called the Intact in Over Tabley was to become common once more but the accustomed rents were to be paid to Peter and his heirs. Signatures. 5 tags, each bearing a seal in red wax.
