Failing such heirs to the use of Adam Leycester & his heirs male, failing such heirs to William Leycester & his heirs male, failing such heirs to William Leycester & his heirs to Alice, daughter of Peter, and if she died without heirs, to Laurenco Leycester, son of James Leycester of Ashton, deceased, failing his heirs, to John Leycester of Knottesfourd, deceased, failing his heirs to Jeffrey Leycester; failing his heirs to William Leycester of Toft, failing male heirs, to Laurence his brother. Also provisions for the dower of his wife, Elizabeth, etc. a true copy by Richard Browne. Entry in Book of Evidences III.F.6b.
