Title	Bond of obligation: Ralph Grosvenor, Robert his son, & John Dunbury acknowledged themselves bound to Thomas Leycestr’ in £100 due at St. Peter and Vinvula.

Description	Announcement of seal. The conditions (English). If Ralph kept the award of William Stanley, William Bothe, Thomas Manley knight, as to the rightful title, to lands in dispute between Ralph & Thomas Leycestr’, Margaret, hiw wife, the obligation was null and void. Two tongues, one bearing 2 seals in red wax, the other one seal. Strip to tie around the deed. Copy in Book of Evidences III.F.1b.
