Description	Indenture by which Thomas Jackson of Nether Tabley granted to John Burgess of Warford messuages etc. in Warford, from May 1st 1689 for term of 7 years, at £28 a year (St. Martin’s & Annunciation), for the use of the minister of Nether Peover, and also £3 for every acre sowed with wheat or rye. Signed John Burgess. Applied seal in red wax. Top margin indented (English). Written on two sheets of paper.
