1 John Leycester gave the manor of Helde to William of Helde & Goodith his wife, and his heirs. Lewes Torfote being that rightful heir, now in the custody of Thomas Barowe.
2 It was agreed that Thomas Barowe should have a close called Mylneclouse and a house in Swyne Heye.
3 If Thomas Leycester can prove that a lease was made by Thomas Michell of his part of the manor of Helde. Manor of to Thomas Leyceste for 21 yrs before Helde the council of the Prime, he is to secure that land.
4 It had been agreed that John Leycester, brother of Thomas, should pay to Thomas Barowe 10 marcs in the next 5 yrs ,and all disputes were to be at an end. Announcement of seals. Seal in red wax on a tag. Top margin indented. Formerly filed with /30-35, 37-58
