Saving to John & his heirs & tenants reasonable common. Renounces all claims against the abbot for himself & his heirs. Announcement of seal. Witnessed Henry de Malton, then sheriff of Lancaster, Richard de Hulton, Henry de Athirton, Girbert de Culchyth, Robert de Hyndelegh, John le Jeu & others. Given at Cok’sand. Seal in light coloured wax, on a tag. Top margin indented & lettered. Latin.
