| Description | In September 1908, the Town Hall (Muniment Room) Sub Committee passed a resolution that an inventory of the city plate should be made and entered in a special book; and that the sheriff should inspect the plate every November. Earlier lists of plate may be found in the Pentice Cartulary (CHB/2) and the mayors' plate indentures (MPI). |
